Bartender

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a restaurant setting.
• Age: Must be 21 years or older.
• Certification: Must have BASSET certification and a Food Handler’s License.
• Availability: Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
Compensation:
Earn between $15 and $30 per hour, based on experience and performance.

Basils Greek Dining - Where Tradition Meets Innovation
Host or Hostess
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join Basils Dining as a Host/Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting Guests: Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Seating Arrangements: Manage the efficient seating of guests to ensure even distribution among servers.
- Reservation Management: Handle reservations, ensuring accurate recording and timely seating.
- Customer Service: Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials or promotions.
- Communication: Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the host stand and entryway neat and organized at all times.
- Assisting with Takeout Orders: Manage takeout orders, including receiving and organizing them for pickup.
- Knowledge of Restaurant Policies: Be familiar with restaurant policies regarding reservations, seating, and customer service.
